CHEF KATIE WEINER received her culinary diploma from the Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver. Since then, she has worked in all the best restaurants…not to mention her great 8 week run on Top Chef (Season12). She is super talented, very creative, and such a great addition to Ruby Drake Lodge. The fact that she is absolutely OBSESSED with fishing is probably one of the main reasons we lured her our way. Before she arrives at the lodge every day to cook your delicious dinner, you can more than likely find her out on the river...no doubt, catching the biggest fish! Gratefully, she has the same enthusiasm for cooking as she does for fishing. Come join us and see for yourself!
